The Arabic-speaking community here is very small: in the 2021 Census, about 40 people in the whole territory reported Arabic as their mother tongue, according to Statistics Canada. The official page says new residents wait 3 months before coverage starts, and advises applying as soon as you arrive because a delay can affect your eligibility date. How long does it take to get a full driver's licence?
You stay in the learner stage for at least six months with 50 hours of logged driving, then in the novice stage for at least 18 months before applying for a full licence. The minimum age is 15, and the written test costs $20.
Can I apply to the Yukon Nominee Program on my own?
